Refund Policy

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items (if applicable)
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions

Exceptions for perishable goods:
- Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on perishable food items.
- Instead, if you are dissatisfied with any of our products, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase and we will make appropriate arrangements to ensure your satisfaction.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be made before the item has shipped or before preparations have commenced. In such cases, we will accommodate your request free of charge. If an order has already been shipped or prepared, cancellation is no longer possible; however, you may return the item according to our return policy.
